Justin grew up on a farm near Melrose, Minnesota which helped develop his strong work ethic.  He loved math and science so his peers pointed him towards engineering which was the right choice.  After interning at Sandman, he realized that designing buildings was fun and he enjoyed coming to work everyday. He was excited to slide into a full-time position and has been growing with the firm ever since. Justin gets a ton of satisfaction by finishing a project on time, under budget, and with high quality. He loves working at Sandman because of the great work atmosphere. It is evident to him that everyone enjoys working at the company and everyone gets along really well. Justin enjoys leading the commercial team because of the variety of work and using all materials including: steel, wood, concrete, masonry, aluminum, precast concrete, and light gauge.Justin is passionate about spending time with family, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys spending time at the lake and tailgates at Bison games.
